An Invitation

As we prepare to transition away from some of the precautions and the schedule adopted during the pandemic, I invite you to offer your insights for the future. Not all of the changes made during the pandemic are bad. For example, having more Masses on the weekends is a good idea since previously some of our Masses were consistently overcrowded. On the other hand, I do not think that we need to keep all the Masses that have been added with the increased capacity in the church.

I invite you to take the survey that is attached to the weekly parish email "Flocknote." If you do not receive the Flocknote, please sign up at the bottom of our home page at www.saintrose.org. It is a great way to stay informed of life in the parish! I am intending to implement our changes all together on Sunday, June 13. I think that one date for the changes is better than a piecemeal approach even though it requires some patience! It will give us time to communicate the changes well in advance. Mientras nos preparamos para dejar algunas de las precauciones y el cronograma adoptado durante la pandemia, los invito a ofrecer sus ideas para el futuro. No todos los cambios realizados durante la pandemia son malos. Por ejemplo, tener más Misas los fines de semana es una buena idea ya que anteriormente algunas de nuestras Misas estaban constantemente abarrotadas. Por otro lado, no creo que debamos mantener todas las Misas que se han agregado con la capacidad aumentada en la iglesia.

Los invito a tomar la encuesta que se adjunta al correo electrónico semanal de la parroquia "Flocknote". Si no recibe el Flocknote, regístrese en la parte inferior de nuestra página de inicio en www.saintrose.org. ¡Es una excelente manera de mantenerse informado sobre la vida en la parroquia! Tengo la intención de implementar todos los cambios juntos el domingo 13 de junio. Creo que una fecha para los cambios es mejor que un enfoque por partes, ¡aunque requiere algo de paciencia!
